Drink water regularly for healthy living

People doesn’t have idea how much water they drinking. In case of Americans they live in dehydrated state day-to-day because they don’t drink enough water. Without proper intake of water we would be poisoned by the waste products and toxins resulting in the metabolism.

Water is the vital thing for digestion and metabolism of body, acting as medium for various enzymatic activity and other chemical reactions of the body. Water as a medium carries nutrients and oxygen to various parts of cells through blood, also regulates body temperature and lubricates the joints. We need water for breathing too; we lose one point of liquid every day by exhaling.

As a result of not drinking enough water, people encounter problems like excess fat, poor muscle tone and size, decreased digestive efficiency and organ function,increased toxicity in the body, joint muscle soreness and water retention.

Proper water intake is one main key to weight loss,if people who are trying to lose weight don’t drink enough water then the body can’t metabolize the fat. If the water intake is less than the fat remains fluid, which keeps their weight up, and the whole procedure will fail with this issue.

A healthy person should drink is 10 eight-ounce glasses a day. If the person is over weight drink more water and exercise a lot. Overweight people should drink another extra eight ounces of water for each 25 pounds that exceeds their ideal weight.

Water intake should be judiciously distributed throughout the day, including the evening. Always consult your physician on increase in water intake program.

“If I increase the water intake, won’t I constantly running to the bathroom?” Initially, yes, because of hypersensitivity of the bladder to increased fluids. After few weeks, bladder calms down, you urinate less frequently, in larger amounts.

Drinking water and drinking beverages is not one and the same. Water is water, we can’t replace it other one. Even you can get water by drinking juice, soft drinks,beer,coffee or tea. But along with water they also contain some products which contradict the positive effect of water.

Beer contains water, also contains alcohol,which is toxic substance. Some beverages contain caffeine like coffee stimulate the adrenal glands; fruit contain sugar stimulate pancreas. So, these drinks beside cleaning the body they tax the system.

For all this,the simple solution is water intake means just intake of water not other beverages.
